This FAA-approved repair station specializes in major overhauls and repairs of propellers from manufacturers including Hartzell, McCauley, Hamilton Standard, Dowty Rotol, Beech, MT, and Sensenich, as well as piston engine governors from Hartzell, McCauley, and Woodward (Ontic). The facility operates a state-of-the-art shop with 17 factory-trained technicians offering in-house services including cadmium plating, shot peening, Level II NDT inspections (eddy current, magnetic particle, fluorescent dye penetrant), dynamic balancing, and machine shop work. The organization maintains the largest overhauled and serviceable propeller inventory in the country, offers new propeller sales and STC upgrades, and provides propeller exchanges with quick turnaround times and competitive freight services backed by a 1-year/500-hour warranty.
